The point is lumping everybody together in one group...would you be OK if I (or anybody else) lumped you in with the rotten apples in your bunch?
If all veterans approved and supported a stupid ideology and narrative that was demonstrably false then yes. If all violent riots and protests in the past few years exclusively included veterans then yes.
Your argument is paramount to not all KKK members (all 6k world wide, big threat!) participate in violence or threats, so it's wrong to lump all KKK members into one group.
I'm not saying all BLM advocates kidnap and torture people. Just that the overwhelming majority support violent protest. Since this behavior is not only mainstream but celebrated (Sanders campaign manager said yesterday this wasn't a hate crime because the 4 criminals hated Trump!) in many circles, it's no surprise that young impressionable people are doing heinous things under the false notion of righteousness. The system is unfair and I'm not responsible for my situation in life, so that empowers me to act outside the law.

The comparison between the KKK and BLM is a false equivalence, though.
The KKK before 1950, sure. The modern KKK, not at all. When's the last time you heard of an actual klan member involved in anything? There's at most 8k currently. So if your argument is the KKK is a boogeyman and nonexistent threat, then yes.
There is absolutely an element of black power/supremacy present in BLM. It is a racist organization.

Not all BLM approve and support a particular ideology-in this case using violence or rioting to make their point. So you comparison is no bueno, and you're still avoiding the point. We can't lump everybody in together. Just admit it was wrong to post "BLM" associated with a crime perpetrated by blacks and we can move on.

And that's the excuse. You can't define what BLM is because at its root it's misguided anger and entirely emotional with no real rhyme or reason. Which is my point. Misguided, irrational anger at a nonexistent premise enables and empowers irrational and misguided people.
Just admit that Sanders and Clinton allowing these morons to take stage in the primary has enabled very bad people. Look at the video I linked to see people who are supposed to be intellectuals excusing if not defending what these 4 people did.
BLM can't intellectually articulate their argument because it's not intellectual. We're allowing violent rage to occur with no real consequences, and worse, our leaders are encouraging the behavior. They can't debate, so they lash out, scream and disrupt others. Where else have we seen this behavior?

I think you righties are a lot like Trump. You bog us all down with non sense arguments over SJWs and BLM while your party gets ready to gut medical care for millions of Americans, give their corporate pals massive tax cuts, cut Medicare and SS out from under our seniors, run up even more debt, and eventually crash our economy again.

These are your comments after the "target" map from Palin blaming her and the Right after Giffords was shot:
"The right wing has encouraged crazy behavior for years now through heated and irrational rhetoric. Anybody with some common sense understands that there are plenty of unhinged types with itchy trigger fingers in this country that can easily be swayed by such ridiculousness, yet the GOP do nothing to dissuade this behavior. Instead they let it fester. People like Beck, Palin, Hannity and their ilk make outrageous claims about Socialists, Democrats who hate America, terrorist ties, the Constitution being under attack etc, and then make references to addressing these problems with guns. Is it really a surprise that this happened? I've predicted violence now for the last 18 months. You can't spew out this garbage and lace it with an undertone of uprising against a tyrannical government, without somebody taking that message to the next level. The woman had over 40 threats during the health care debate, something that was advocated and exacerbated by people like Palin and Beck. Am I saying this guy was a 'bagger or Republican? No, but I am saying that these 'bagger types have been putting a message out there that was irresponsible, and fucking dangerous. Today proved that"
Why the change of heart?
Edit: and here's my original response in all its grammatical horror:
"Can anyone tell me how this nutjob is in any way linked to the tea Party or Republicans? He was a pot smoking, communist manifesto adoring loser. Neither of which go together well with the tea party or GOP. In our two party system, if you're going to link him to one party based on his likes, he leans toward the left if anything. But I'm not going to exploit this tragedy to knock the left as some people are doing against the right. It seems any dissent against the progressive agenda is labeled racist or inciteful towards violance. Thouse of you blaming idiots like Palin for this are no different than the Beck article you quoted above. Not one of you have suggested this guy was a left wing wackjob, but have heavily suggested that the greater tea party movenent is responsible with not one shred of proof. Talk about taking advantage of a tragedy. The reality is that this shooter was a nut job. No one else made him do it. He picked up a gun and shot innocent people. End of story. I guess this is also the crowd that believe Catcher in The Rye was the cause for Lenon's death. No one hear has a problem with Wikileaks putting it's propaganda out there. Some want to consider Assanage a hero. Someone even foudn the article proving that not one person had been harmed in relation to wikileaks. It was said any attempt to link wikileaks to possible deaths amounted to fear mongering. Well no one related to the tea party movement has harmed a soul. Yet, the same people who denounced the attackers of wikileaks stand here claiming it's only a matter of time before tea party rhetoric force some unstable soul to harm someone. Am the only one who sees the hypocracy in all of this?"
The difference is Loughner never quoted the Tea Party or Palin. These 4 are on film bashing white people and Trump.

BLM is the biggest fucking joke group that is currently relevant right now. There are race issues. BLM is the wrong vehicle to articulate the message of racial injustice. They are a clownshow.
