Housing is just one piece of the puzzle of an economy. I would also guess mortgage applications haven't returned to pre 2007 levels...because we're not in a housing frenzy like we were back then.

Lol. You are probably right!  Hopefully more of the latter. I think once he gets into the grind of things he will act presidential more often. Sean Spicer? That is another story lol.

I'll agree with you there and leave on that note. I have a headache and I'm politicked out. Hopefully this NE/Steelers game is good. This GB-Atl is a dud. I can't take anymore politics/social media activity.
