Great defense...now I truly want to listen and respect your opinion more when you’re really nothing but a self-righteous asshole.

You weren't interested anyway because I'm not a die hard liberal.  No other opinion/option exists to you.  In gun control I've never been a gun owner, yet I can clearly understand why gun laws are how they are in spite of the fact it doesn't make a difference to me.  You think that makes me a gun nut.  It makes me a realist.

I voted for Gary Johnson (flawed as he was) for president because I knew both other options were complete fuck ups.  You think that makes me a Trump supporter.  I have no idea how you could even think that, but it sure seems like you do since I won't denounce every thing he does.  Frankly while most of the things he says are idiotic, they are just words.  I'm not part of the pussification of America that has my feelings hurt when people say stupid things.  When he does stupid things, I'll worry about it a little.  Until then he's just a blowhard who is way more harmless than you guys think.  You're literally scared of the guy, which is kind of funny.  I said this a long, long time ago, but there's only so much he can do.

I'm as middle of the road as they come.  Fiscal conservative, social liberal provided we can pay for it.  That doesn't mean I'm for open borders or welfare for all...those fall under the fiscal conservative part.  Granted I am much more outspoken here against you guys because for one it's more fun and also you guys tend to gang up on people that don't agree with you and I always have a soft spot for those being picked on (even when they can take care of themselves).  If it wasn't for SG (most of the time), Flagg, and I, you guys would be talking among yourselves patting each other on the back and telling yourselves how smart you are about politics.  I prefer a more balanced playing field.  If we're going to play the games that have been played in this thread from the beginning, then we'll play the game on a more even field.

At least this is more fun than arguing about Finck.

I’m a business owner who will end the year paying out about $750k in wages, all kinds of red tape and I deal with beauracracy all the time.

I should be a republican.

Not necessarily, but you should be a little more worried about the financial state of things.

On the other hand it is somewhat admirable that you can set aside your potential financial gains for your socialist leanings.  It's not a common combination.  Your employees probably love you.

Mitch is pretty pragmatic about taxes. Not a socialist at all from what I see.

Here's a bit of a conspiracy thats plausible. Nothing major, just a minor coverup. The Vegas shooting, supposedly a security guard visited the 32nd floor, and the shooter fired close to 200 shots, only hitting him in the leg.  Then, for some reason, the shooter chose a quick suicide, abbreviating his onslaught. Now, possibly his conscious got to him, and he sobered up in a way & couldn't do it anymore. But it does seem sorta quick to suddenly stop for 1 hotel guard.

So I was watched a segment on 60 minutes about the event in general, and I thought I wonder if some sort of casino muscle was sent up there (machine guns of their own), and just opened up an all out Tarantino style shootout, firing in both directions. You saw photos of the wall being blown out, seems pretty extensive.  And its said that he didn't fire anymore after the guard approached.

Then, in the aftermath, the casino's wouldn't like reports of them having such high end security on staff, worked a bit with the police to not let out that part of the story, as its a part that doesn't affect the evenings tragedy. Even the security guard hasn't given an interview I don't think, maybe they're afraid some holes or inconsistencies could come out of an interview. Just a thought, not a major reveal.

^ That sounds absurd, but I guess you never know until all the evidence is known.

I saw this on Facebook :https://www.facebook.com/UncleSamsChildren/videos/760188617510473/

And it really illustrated how dishonest the media is on this issue. They intention mislead, then people pretend outrage when you call the main stream media biased. This really sums up the point in the crowder video I linked of how misleading information and ignorance are the allies of the anti-gun crowd.

Is it wrong that I find the San Juan mayor really annoying? Other PR mayors complained she never attended FEMA meetings, was ill prepared, paid ridiculously large salaries and was a drama queen. All on display now. But out was making up the T-shirts and hats that got me. You're crying non national television every night yet you're making merchandise? And the media just keeps trying to make her a superstar.

Thanks for the vote of confidence 14  I don't think it's all that unbelievable. Not really a media coverup, just not releasing some of the finer, confidential details.

If it were a few years back with the mob, definitely. The resorts are way too corporate now, I think. That whole situation is fucking crazy.

I just think the idea that he thought he’d escape is wrong. Someone who planned that execution knows that there’s no way he’s not identified. Besides the cameras, the room was in his name. Did he think he was going to engage the police in a shootout and escape?

He died of a self inflicted gunshot. The photos showed his corpse. If he was taken out in a shoot out, he’d be way more injured. And claiming those guns were the shooters would now carry a federal charge. You best believe every gun they found is going to be traced.

I just think people have a hard time believing one person can cause this much chaos because they want to. It rocks their bubble that the world isn’t this safe place and reveals the harsh reality.
