I don’t know why Fernando avoiding the question when pressed on it by MyGNR mods isn’t sufficient evidence for you lot.
But in addition to his broken English and generally confrontational way of being...
The account posted a pic of Fernando’s daughter thats not on any of his social media (to my knowledge I don’t follow the guy).
Team real.
And he posted that a week ago which means we’re at 25 Fridays.

Here's the thing..
Every other post he has made was in response to a merch question.. And that was almost immediate..
It took him 2 days to respond to my question..
He even apologized for for taking so long
Almost as if he needed to be sure he was allowed to answer that..
Thanks for asking decent questions even if we don't know who's behind the account 
Hope its true we get an album in 6 months but I'll refrain from getting my hopes up just yet. Axl has earned himself a few more years of goodwill thanks to the Chairman

Fernando is a pretty constant figure on the forums and from what I understand, it sounds like him. Hardschool wouldn't be on the set list for no reason. These leaks wouldn't be happening if someone didn't know their value were about to nosedive. They have a boatload of songs and they have had a few years to re-record this stuff.
