Seriously though, I think the odds of France running through England in the final are good.
England/Germany penalty shoot out in the last 16. With England winning for once.
As for my own nation, I doubt we'd even get 3rd in the group if we qualified this time after the play offs.

I think we’ll make it through the group. Who knows after that. I think the winner of our group gets the runner up of F so don’t really fancy that.
As much as we’ve made progress in the last 2 years and seem to have thrown off the paralysing fear that haunted past England teams. I still don’t see us beating any of the main nations in a knockout game.

England have home advantage so all they can do is go for it.
From the WC I think tactically Southgate needs to wake up. If you go one up in semis, park the bus!
Also still need to find some players who can put their foot in. Hope he takes Henderson and Milner for that. I mean they play in a 3 for Liverpool and win the CL. Seem like solid options. Winks and Dier ok too.
Ali seems like an option too. Hopefully Sterling will play left and Kane up front. Maybe Rashford on the right. That’s the problem position. Maybe Sancho and have Mount and Rash on bench. There’s a lot of options. Kane and Ali to start with Mount and Abraham to come on.
TAA and Chilwell can provide good service to Kane.

That was too soon.
I'm actually starting to doubt it happens next Summer either.
I think uefa ect. really should have a backup plan and not proceed like this is all going to be over soon.

What happened? Did the tournament get pushed back? I thought soccer in Europe was still being played.
Only club, in empty stadiums.
International football (which should have been happening this month, prior to the olympics) involving countries was delayed to next summer.
