What was the "Since I Don't Have You" video release date?

Similar to the thread about the DC video figured I'd ask since it's kinda historically significant since it was GN'R's last officially released video.

The video premiered exclusively on MTV during the week of 20-27 February 1994 (source: Billboard).

The single was released around January 15.

Such a bizarre period and the promo of TSI made little sense.

They were off the radar completely when the UYI tour ended. Then when TSI gets rolled out, rock stations were picking random tracks to push. It goes nowhere.

Then out of the blue, SIDHY hits the airwaves and is briefly played on top 40/MTV. It stuck out like a sore thumb.

The only band promo I can remember was a Slash interview.
