Re: Chinese Democracy Starts...(Rumored GH Re-Release in June)
...with a re-release of the Greatest Hits album!
Guns N Roses are re-releasing their 'Greatest Hits' album, apparently in time for Father's Day
According to a press release about the album which will be reissued on June 2, the collection is out again "especially for Father's Day, as it's most definitely the only album of choice for any serious rockfather".
However, there is still no definitive news whether Axl Rose's long-delayed 'Chinese Democracy' will come out in 2008, despite recent reports that the album is finally finished.
The 'Greatest Hits' album features the following tracks:
'Welcome To The Jungle'
'Sweet Child O' Mine'
'Patience'
'Paradise City'
'Knockin' On Heaven's Door'
'Civil War'
'You Could Be Mine'
'Don't Cry (Original)'
'November Rain'
'Live And Let Die'
'Yesterdays'
'Ain't It Fun'
'Since I Don't Have You'
'Sympathy For The Devil'

Are you serious?? I thought it was a turd!! Jane's Addiction did a cover about 5 years before which blows it away..
Yep dead serious. I love it! I remember trying to find the single back in the day in my small town, cause I didnt want to buy the whole soundtrack. I could listen to that song till I'm blue in the face. Maybe I'm the only one!

I guess I would've found this a bit positive if the tracklist didn't suck absolute ass.
But there might be something else to it, since this could be a dead on moneymaker alone if "Chinese Democracy" by any chance would tank.
I dobut it, though.
