Last we saw this band news was just breaking of sexual assault accusations against Fernando. Obviously the Big 3 will return, but will we see the rest of the same supporting cast?

Regarding the drummer, Frank Ferrer is drummer for 2025. There is an open invitation for Matt Sorum to be a guest if and when he wants, apparently.
And there's nothing happening this month musically speaking. They're all at home having a break until after New Year. Duff played some charity gig last week

Do you know anything about the rumours of 30 songs being worked on (hybrid of new and CD era), with Axl now recording vocals?

Where is this rumour coming from I did not hear or read anything about it

Nothing like that whatsoever. No numbers have ever been mentioned either
Duff has written songs and presented them to GNR, Slash has done the same.
There's been no mention of CD era songs. About a year ago there was mention of working on pre CD era songs, but there's been no further mention of that.
