I'd have to read through that NIN thread to know the exact show, but yeah a show was postponed awhile back.

That tour is going to be massive. Its getting good reviews and they haven't even set their sights on the foreign markets yet.

I'd be willing to wager this NIN tour lasts until at least next summer.

It would be awesome to see Buckethead come back, but I'm thinking more likely we just won't get a tour with the album release (assuming that someday it's released)

GNR have to tour with this album release. all the cash grab shit they did living off the old band's catalog. yeah when CD comes out they have to tour. I hope Robin is gone. He belongs in NIN.

GNR, like all other bands of that stature, announce their dates around eight weeks in advance in order to properly promote the shows and capitalize on pre-sales. Therefore, I can't see any touring happening at the moment before mid-October at the earliest.

Frankly, I don't think they'll tour at all before the New Year, an album release or not. One-off performances like the VMA's are naturally a completely different ballgame.

fortus is more than capable of pulling off robins solos. who knows though maybe we could get a bucket/bumble monster. imagine them doing a solo in the middle of a show instead of a christina aguilera interpretation. nice.

Yep, I wasn't thinking a tour until at least January. If, and that's an if, the album is dropped late fall/early winter, early 09 would be good timing for a tour.

I hope they are thinking of releasing something right now and not worrying about touring.
