Money he receives from Google ads I assume. How were they seized?

Yeah I can't see how they can sieze it.  Surely they can simply shut the site down that's it.  Otherwise whenever someone complained about a site - google could just claw back the advertising revenue from it - I think not

Yeah I did think it was pretty lame too.  It's actually very sad what levels the GNR camp sinks to these days.

This doesn't pass the smell test--they maybe would stop allowing ads to be placed on a site promoting illegal activity, but could not retroactively seize funds based upon a simple allegation.  Did his website ever have google ads on it?  Does anyone have a link to his site?

His site is taken down - it did have google adds on it.  The link that used to take you to his site changed and redirected you to his new youtube account.  That was there for about 2 weeks (with nothing GNR related on it), then it simply linked to an email exchange he had with a GNR fan.  Now it links to some info about his recent wrestling match.

Guys - here's how it works:

Google Ads doesn't just DUMP money into your bank account. It's paid out at certain increments - sometimes QUARTERS. If there's a complaint that construes a violation of the Google Ad TOS, they'll NOT pay out the money you accrued.

There were no funds retroactively taken - but the money wasn't paid out. That's how it works.

It 'smells' fine from that standpoint.

Heres something weird with his site...I just recently downloaded an add on called flagfox for firefox.  What it does is, when you view a page it displays a flag in the address bar telling you where that pages server is located.  If you click on the flag it pulls up a google earth style map with the address of the server pinpointed.  Ours is located in the UK, most others I visit are somewhere in the U.S.  Now I just went to MSL's site and his server is in China.  Specifically Hong Kong. 10
