Moose meat is pretty much like beef, only leaner. It's not really much like venison.
Interesting, I'd be interested in trying that. I really don't like venison, I tried it once has a weird taste, I've heard it being referred to as gamey by some people.

Moose is like beef with a gamey taste. Not as much of a gamey taste as rabbit or caribou, but it's there. I'm not a fan of rabbit because of the gamey taste. Caribou is alright, but the gamey taste is overbearing. Moose is awesome. I like it a lot better than beef. And I love my beef!

I must say I outdid myself tonight. I made stuffed artichokes and they were gooood. Messy but good.

I never really liked artichokes that much.
I'm about to eat one of those frozen Celeste pepperoni pizzas. My cat Duff has been hanging around in close proximity to me since he got some of my turkey and cheese from that sandwich last night. He's actually under my desk right now. He's gonna be pissed when I bring a pizza in here.:haha:
Luckily for me, my two other cats aren't big lovers of human food, or I would have 3 vultures up my ass instead of one.:haha:
