Considering the fact it's been called The Blues for years, and even referred to as 'The Blues', the name change is probably final.

I don't quite understand it either, considering the big hook, the main name in the chorus is 'The Blues' to change to the name to 'Street of Dreams'.

Unless Street of Dreams is an entirely new song, and The Blues has been axed from CD I.
