I saw the cirque du soleil about 2 and a half years ago and they had a band there
Re: LedZAerial - Finck Project (Led Zeppelin tribute band)
no offense....but more cover songs he should release some orig stuff
Wouldn't be much of a tribute band if they weren't playing Lep Zep stuff...

My thoughts exactly.
You'd figure after 10 years and 3 tours with Nu GNR, he'd want to start doing something outside of playing cover songs.

My point is that any guitarist can play cover tunes...a musician writes his own...I'd like to see what Robin has to offer...unless all he has to offer is to play someone elses material.
not meant to be a bash...just show me what you can do boss...ya know what i'm sayin'?
my point is that in the 10 years i've know of his existance, i have less than an album worth of Robin's own material to listen to
Re: LedZAerial - Finck Project (Led Zeppelin tribute band)
The vids won't work for me. Guess their servers have been overloaded by Finck fans.
Anyway, here's a few clips on LedZaerial.
Robin Finck on guitar, Bianca Sapetto, Russ Stark, and Ana Lenchantin on cello
So this is what Robin did in 2003, alongside Paz Lenchantin's sister no less.

Damn. I'd be interested in getting a DVD of the show.
