DUFF MCKAGAN Jam With CAMP FREDDY In Hollywood; Video Available - Dec. 3, 2008
Duff McKagan (VELVET REVOLVER, GUNS N' ROSES), Sully Erna (GODSMACK) and Billy Duffy (THE CULT) are among the guest musicians who joined all-star cover band CAMP FREDDY last night (December 2) for its performance at the Roxy in West Hollywood, California.
This was the first of the four-night Roxy residency for CAMP FREDDY, which features Billy Morrison (CIRCUS DIABLO, THE CULT), Dave Navarro (JANE'S ADDICTION, RED HOT CHILI PEPPERS), Matt Sorum (GUNS N' ROSES, VELVET REVOLVER), Donovan Leitch (son of singer Donovan), and Chris Chaney (JANE'S ADDICTION).

I just thought of another contender for vocalist for VR - Sully Erna. Granted, Godsmack are pretty big in their own right, I think Sully could sing Scott Weiland style with a lot more grit and attitude.
Might be an interesting mix, but I doubt it would happen.
