I used to love Friday The 13th the series when I was a kid. I remember it scaring me but there's no telling how cheesy I'd think it was now. Haven't seen it in years.
X-Files had some scary episodes. And a little known series on HBO back in the day, called The Hitchhiker. That was a creepy ass show.

"Tales from the Crypt" and "Buffy the Vampire Slayer" were probably my favorites, although I quit watching Buffy during season 4. Either because it went downhill or that I was tired of lying about what I was doing at 9pm.
