I'm a bit slow and I haven't really seen these videos, mainly because I was pretty pissed at the band for canceling their Australian tour. But VR were sounding REALLY fuckin tight at the end of their tour.

Seeing this footage almost makes me think they should get Scott back in the fold too. For all his problems, he's still a pretty damn good frontman.

yeah i wish i would've been able to see them during the libertad tour
I love that album and they were great during the contraband tour...a couple years makes a world of difference in a band
Slash has been really stepping it up the last couple years...i can not wait for his solo album its gonna be fucking bad ass i know it

Metallex, i posted all these videos I think both here and HTGTH... I put them under, "classic VR perfromances" because they were so fucking tight here. Just amazing.!!!!

That Patience was great, the others were also. Yeah, it does make me realize they were a bit under-appreciated in the music world. I suppose people were expected STP+GnR instead of just expecting a good rock band.

Yeah...thats the thing...people like to shit on VR...but when they were good they were VERY good...but like GNR they did have off shows too.
Slash has been getting back into more old school playing I think too...like the libertad solos like "Let it Roll" and that awesome stuff he did with Alice on "Vengence is Mine" - he's really in form at the moment...
That's why I know his solo album would kill....but VR have some chemestry, with a good singer behind them they could still rock out! I hope it's not over.
